Delivery Options

Pubstuff offers multiple convenient options for receiving your order:

• Collection from our showroom in Centurion
• Courier delivery to your doorstep (Nationwide)
• Postnet 2 Postnet
• Pudo Locker to Locker

How it works

How you choose to receive your order is completely up to you - simply select the option that you prefer when checking out online. Use the guide below to decide on the most convenient method for you.

• Collection : Once your order is placed and paid for online, our team will process your order and get it ready to be collected. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification letting you know and you can then pop into our showroom with your order number as reference to collect your package. Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours of placing your order. (week days only)
  
  
• Standard Courier Service : If you opt to have your order delivered via courier, your order will be delivered to your doorstep by one of our courier partners within 3 - 5 working days from the time your order is placed and paid for online. As soon as your order leaves our showroom, you will receive a notification with your unique tracking code and a link to track the progress of your delivery. The courier will communicate directly with you to confirm the delivery date and time and to ensure someone is available to receive your order.
  
  
• PostNet 2 PostNet : Have your order delivered to your nearest PostNet to be collected at your convenience. Once your order is placed and paid for online, it will be delivered via PostNet couriers to the PostNet branch nearest to the address listed on your order. You will receive a notification from us with a tracking number to track your parcel and you will receive a notification from PostNet as soon as it is ready for collection. Visit the PostNet with your reference number to collect your order. (Note: this option is only available for orders valued at R500 or less)
  
  
• Pudo Locker to Locker : Have your order delivered to your nearest Pudo Locker to be collected at your convenience. Once your order is placed and paid for online, it will be delivered via The Courier Guy couriers to the Pudo Locker nearest to the address listed on your order. You will receive a notification from us with a tracking number to track your parcel and you will receive a notification from Pudo as soon as it is ready for collection. Visit the Pudo Locker location and use the unique PIN provided to access the locker and receive your package. (Note: your package must be collected within 36 hours of being notified and the lockers require electricity to be accessed so please keep the loadshedding schedule in mind when collecting)

FREE shipping for all orders R1000 Vat inclusive or more.

Orders via courier delivery will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days and can be tracked using the unique tracking code supplied once your order is placed. 

FAQ's

• Can I book a delivery to arrive sooner than the standard 3 - 5 days delivery time?
  Yes, for overnight/urgent deliveries please send us a request prior to placing your order to info@pubstuff.co.za or call us on 083 630 2203 - depending on where you are located we can provide a quote for shorter delivery times.
  
• How does free shipping work?
  As soon as your order value is over R1000.00, free shipping will automatically be available under delivery options when checking out. Select this option to have your order delivered via courier service at no additional charge.
  
• Can I change my delivery address?
  Once your order has been sent out for delivery, we will not be able to change the delivery address with the courier - please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
  
• Can I change my delivery method?
  If we have not yet sent your order out for delivery, please contact us urgently on 083 630 2203 if you would like to change your selected delivery method. 
  
• What if my order is incorrect or items are missing? 
  If items are missing from your order or your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@pubstuff.co.za within 3 days of your order being received so that we may investigate and resolve this.
  
• Can I have my order delivered internationally?
  Currently we do not offer any international delivery options. We will only deliver orders within South Africa.
